PERIOD POVERTY

Period Poverty is real and it's time that the Indiana legislator take it seriously.

We need each receipt from each purchase this year in Indiana.

You have a few options: you can either send us the receipt and we'll take care of the rest OR you can fill out the PDF form below, attach your receipt, and save it for PAD so they can be turned in together or you can mail it directly to the Dept of Revenue. If you do submit any on your own, can you please send us a quick message so that we can track our campaign to end Period Poverty?

An easy way to contribute to our campaign to increase voter turnout. No matter where you live in Indiana turn-out rates are extremely low. We have to do more than register to vote, we need to use our voices in the most civil way we can. Voting.
