If elected a path we can take is to increase state Medicaid funding through budget reserves, or appropriate additional tax on major corporations to offset the balance

Indiana should strengthen community impact reviews, tie state subsidies and tax incentives to protecting and investing in the communities, strengthen protections for utility consumers, manage water resources by requiring closed loop cooling, and banning data centers from being within 30 miles of any farmland or residential areas.

I would write legislation ending the voucher program to challenge the Pence decision of 2018 to restore article 1 sec 6 of our state constitution

Citizens united which allows major corporations as well as foreign nations to buy our politicians.
I plan to over come it by writing a state amendment to ban corporate money from politics for a more free and fair election.
I understand it will get challenged and I will work effortlessly with legal teams to build the strongest case to shut down citizens united based on legal defenitions of what a person is as well as the wording of the 14th amendment and the 1st amenment

Community: What role or responsibility do local and state governments have with regards to immigration enforcement?
States cannot create their own immigration system but state and local governments can direct how their agents communicate and cooperate with federal agencies, enact laws permitting or restricting things like licensing and employmen, create programs to provide assistance to immigrants for integration, legal aid, or public safety.
